Adam Gonzalez enabled me to buy a nearly new car completely on line and it was a pleasant experience, much better than doing the shuck and jive experience at the dealership. I located the car on line and was able to get a value for my trade plus make a deal, all from my desk. To top everything, Adam called after the deal was set to tell me I could save some money by financing the car rather than paying cash. I'm a happy camper.

I recently had my 2019 BMW yearly service. Patterson’s service department surpasses the 5 star rating! I left my purse in the loaner vehicle, and they brought it to me the same day...I live in Lawton, Oklahoma! This is what I call customer service!!!

Great dealership for both buying a new BMW and getting it serviced. This is our second BMW from here and have had a great experience both times. Chris Emery was great to work with. We had quite a few questions, but never felt like we were a bother and he was very easy to get in contact with. When we had car trouble, he met us at the dealership on his day off to see that we were taken care of and had a courtesy vehicle to use.
